Refund & Cancellation Policy

REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY Effective date: 4 August 2026 1. Nature of donations All donations to Tahfiz Al-Quran Perempuan Mujamma’ Hurain (Registration No.: 202503307471 / NS0315848-H) are voluntary contributions (donations) and are generally non-refundable. 2. Exceptions Refunds will only be considered in the following circumstances:

• Duplicate charge for the same donation
• Incorrect amount due to a technical error
• Unauthorised transactions

3. Application period Refund requests must be made within seven (7) days from the date of the transaction. 4. How to apply Send an email to [email protected] with the following information:

• Donor’s name
• Date and amount of the transaction
• Transaction reference number

5. Processing Approved refunds will be processed based on a discussion between us and the donor. Typically, refunds will be made via manual bank transfer to the account specified by the donor, within fourteen (14) working days from the date of approval. 6. Contact us
